Gulf of Sagone

The Gulf of Sagone extends along Corsica’s western edge between Cargèse and Capo di Feno. This wide bay is home to pretty beaches perfect for lounging in the sun on the warm sand. And these beaches all have a gentle slope which is ideal for families. As soon as you leave the coast, the ground rises and you head deep into lush mountain landscapes where villages exuding authentic charm are tucked away, such as Vico. Follow the winding roads through the Corsican forest to reach Lake Creno, one of the easiest to reach on the island.
